Orlando Health is excited to announce a rare and dynamic opportunity to join our team as Imaging Manager at the brand-new Orlando Health Wiregrass Ranch Hospital in Wesley Chapel, Florida, opening in 2026. We're looking for a strategic, experienced, and patient-focused leader to help shape, launch, and lead our imaging services from the ground up.

What You'll Lead

This role oversees all imaging modalities, including:

• Ultrasound
• Nuclear Medicine
• MRI
• CT
• Radiology

You will report directly to the Director of Allied Services and serve as a key operational leader, acting as a true partner in building a best-in-class program from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

As Imaging Manager, you will:

• Develop and implement systems, policies, and workflows for safe, timely, and accurate imaging services
• Hire, mentor, and lead a growing team, starting lean and scaling thoughtfully
• Collaborate across departments to ensure exceptional patient experience and workflow
• Lead quality, safety, and compliance efforts across all modalities (Joint Commission, DOH, ACR, NRC)
• Represent Imaging Services in leadership discussions, interdepartmental planning, and daily operations
• Review and support planning for new medical equipment and department build-out
• Oversee regulatory readiness and patient care excellence
• Utilize imaging technology platforms effectively and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a strong, solutions-focused leader with:

• A strategic mindset and the ability to problem-solve on the fly
• Deep knowledge of imaging services, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• A history of improving patient experience and imaging performance scores
• Confidence in leading a multidisciplinary team and building culture from day one
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Understanding of PACS and IT system integration
• The ability to drive quality care through education, leadership, and accountability

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree required

Licensure/Certification (One of the following is required):

• Florida Certified Radiologic Technologist license and ARRT certification
• Florida Nuclear Medicine Technologist license and CNMT certification
• ARDMS or CCI certification for Ultrasound
• BLS/Healthcare Provider Certification

Experience Required:

• 3+ years of experience in Imaging Services or Nuclear Medicine
• 1+ year of supervisory experience in a clinical setting
