Orlando Health is excited to announce an incredible leadership opportunity at our brand-new Wiregrass Ranch Hospital, opening in 2026. We are seeking a Manager of Cardiovascular Services to lead a high-performing team in a dynamic, patient-first environment. This is a unique chance to shape the future of cardiovascular care in a new, state-of-the-art facility from the ground up.

 

About the Role

As the Manager of Cardiovascular Services, you will play a pivotal role in building and leading a team that delivers exceptional cardiovascular care. This position oversees services in Cath Lab, Electrophysiology (EP), Interventional Radiology (IR), and the Echo team. You’ll be the clinical expert and go-to resource for your department, helping design workflows, recruit talent, and create a strong foundation for long-term success.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Lead and oversee daily operations of cardiovascular services, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Establish and grow services in Cath Lab, EP, IR, and Echo, in collaboration with physician and administrative leadership
  • Build and develop a cohesive team, including potential future supervisors or leads
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, safety standards, and accreditation readiness
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance patient experience and access
  • Serve as a mentor and educator for staff—sharing deep clinical knowledge and promoting continuous learning
  • Manage budgets, staffing plans, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Act as a problem-solver and solution-oriented leader in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • An expert in cardiovascular services, especially with extensive experience in Cath Lab, EP, and IR
  • Highly knowledgeable in regulatory requirements, compliance, and patient safety standards

  • Skilled in troubleshooting and adapting quickly to challenges
  • Committed to exceptional patient experiences and operational excellence

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Three (3) years of related experience, including one (1) year in a leadership role
  • Experience managing or working closely with Cath Lab, EP, IR, or Cardiovascular services highly preferred
