Position Summary: Responsible for the creation, preparation and analysis of various clinical reports for providers, executive management and departmental managers in support of the Quality and Performance Improvement program; assists the Chief Medical Officer and the Director of Quality and Performance Improvement with daily activities, reports, and projects related to FMC’s Quality and Performance Improvement program.

• Excellent computer proficiency In Word, Excel, Practice Analytics, Optum One (Humedica), and other applications
• Excellent business analytic skills
• Basic knowledge of quality improvement

• Detailed oriented individual with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Essential Functions.
• Creates varied, complex and confidential reports to support the quality improvement efforts of the organization using Practice Analytics or Optum One (Humedica).
• Demonstrates outstanding communication skills to translate reporting requests to accurately meet the needs of the requestor, including deadline needs.
• Tests and validates reports to ensure accuracy and quality of the data before publishing
• Automates reports in order to increase efficiency of existing reports
• Manages the Meaningful Use score cards and attestations
• Assists with other CMS Pay for Performance metrics, as identified
• Manages the electronic patient satisfaction survey process for the AMGA
• Provides administrative support to the CMO and Director and other members of the department, as needed
• Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
• Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
